News from Vietserve: Eutectic Beams for Tan Saigon Company
During July 2015 Thermo King installed a eutectic refrigeration system for a leading ice-cream transport company in the Mekong Delta.
This was the first time eutectics have been used on large trucks with box length of 7.2m. Using the Thermo King F4 units in tandem together with BoTemp, the leading eutectic Beams manufacturer from Netherlands, the system is designed to allow remote overnight charging which lowers the weight of the system. Box temperatures achieved -330C which is perfect for ice-cream product. Tan Saigon plan to convert their fleet to eutectic after successful commissioning and trial operation.
